36mm Rear Axle Nut Removal Tool
This tool fits all Bugs, Ghias, Type 3 and Busses up to 1963.
This is a great tool for stubborn rear axle nuts. You can either use a 1/2" drive breaker bar in the slot, or utilize a sledge hammer on the outer edge. Hint: When using a hammer, wear eye protection. If available, use a brass hammer in order to preserve the life of your tool.
